The Y Waves practice several times a week and are broken into different groups based on swimming ability.
Participants must have an understanding of all strokes and good endurance.
*Prerequisite: Star 4 or coaches recommendation
Participants must have an understanding of front crawl and back crawl. Continues to develop endurance and stroke technique.
*Prerequisite: Swimmers or coaches recommendation
Participants will develop the ability to do front crawl, back crawl and develop endurance.
*Prerequisite: Must be able to swim 25m
