Seniors Get Up and Go Program

The Seniors Get Up and Go Program is a FREE twelve (12) week progressive program for seniors 65 and older focused on removing barriers to participation in a healthy lifestyle and helping seniors get out of the house, make connections and get the recommended 150 minutes of cardiovascular, balance, and bone strengthening activity a week.
