The Cobourg YMCA provides lifeguarding services for the Town of Cobourg’s Victoria Beach from the beginning of July until the end of August annually. The Lifeguards are members of our Aquatic staff, trained, certified and managed by the Cobourg YMCA.

Swim Lessons

The Cobourg YMCA offers swimming classes for all levels. All instructors have attained a YMCA Instructor Certification. Please check the YMCA Seasonal Program Schedules for fees, classes and open swim times at both of our pools. Our trained and certified swim instructors offer lessons at the following levels:

Splashers/Bubblers - 6 mo. - 36 mo.

Bobbers 3 - 5 years
